We offer shipping throughout Greece and internationally.

Within Greece, orders are shipped via ACS or Hellenic Post (ELTA).

International orders are shipped via registered mail with Hellenic Post (ELTA).

 

 

1. Orders within Greece

Shipping within Greece costs €3. Delivery time is estimated at 2 to 4 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience delays.

 

 

2. International Orders

International orders are shipped via registered mail with Hellenic Post (ELTA) at a flat rate of €7.50. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country:

 

Canada: 10–20 business days

 

North America: 10–20 business days

 

Australia: 10–20 business days

 

Europe: 5–7 business days

 

 

Please note that we only accept exchanges—refunds are not available.

 

You may exchange any jewelry item within 15 days from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for returning the item in the exact condition in which it was received.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in excellent condition, and returned in its original packaging, including the box and all other components, which must be intact and undamaged.

 

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

 

a. You wish to exchange the item for a different design.

 

b. You received the wrong item.

 

c. The item is defective.

 

 

All items must be returned to our business address. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of a defective item.

 

Alternatively, you may visit us in person at our store, located at 37 Aristotelous Street, Chalandri, to process an exchange, replacement, or repair. In this case, no shipping costs apply.
